MonTrell’s outlook on life is knowledge and education enhance the ability for change to occur. His passion for continuing to seek knowledge and professional growth has led to his passion for supporting change for the better. MonTrell outgoing attitude and dedication to keeping an open mind allows him to interact and converse with anyone about anything. MonTrell has earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and his Master of Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University.

MonTrell began his journey of specializing in leadership and development, business, and human resource management approximately 3 years ago. Since then he has committed himself to acquiring training and the skills needed to perform task evolving around human resource functions and the collection and analysis of data. His experience includes conducting background investigations, carrying out recruitment processes, providing technical assistance after performing data analysis, and providing performance strategies aligned with the goals and core values of the organization.

In his free time, you will most likely find him in the gym where he enjoys playing basketball, cardio and conditioning, and strength training. When he is not in the gym, he is committed to being a husband and dog dad.
