Her easy going instruction style mixed with a dry wit make her an entertaining educator. She has instructed professionals throughout the nation as well as internationally. Kelley has earned a Master of Business Administration and possesses a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, both from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Kelley has 20 years of leadership experience specializing in team development starting with the hiring process through assignment and performance evaluation. Her experience includes conducting process assessments of unchallenged teams and developing performance enhancing strategies aligned with the goals of the organization while creating and strengthening the team’s identity. Kelley’s career includes conducting employee investigations and meting discipline as appropriate.

When Kelley is enjoying her time away from the office, you will likely find her in an airport, traveling and exploring the world. Closer to home, you will find her cheering on her daughter, a competitive gymnast.
